Our PA service offers personalised support for neurodivergent adults and adults with a learning disability across County Durham.

Our team of PAs can support you to get out and about, use public transport, meet friends, volunteer, attend appointments, cook at home, keep your home clean and tidy, and anything else you need support with.

We'll help you build confidence, become independent and support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Please note, we do not provide personal care.

At Bridge Creative, we believe in person-centred support - your support, your way. If you have a care plan we'll look at this with you to ensure any care and support needs, along with your personal goals and aspirations, are factored into the support we provide.
