Bishop Auckland's Christmas Town
A secret doorway steeped in magic has appeared... step into The Portal to the North Pole - an immersive installation at Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town! This isn’t just any door - it hums with an ancient magic, its golden lights flickering like whispers from another world. Legend says that only those who truly believe in the spirit of Christmas can pass through…
We created a magical Portal to the North Pole and delivered full site décor for Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town — from a huge Christmas tree archway entrance to Santa's Grotto, and illuminated NOEL sign for those all-important Insta moments, to immersive touches that turned the whole town into a winter wonderland.
Willington, County Durham
We transformed the HYEM Fest site with vibrant décor and large-scale installations — from colourful festival flags and eye-catching parade props to a towering 6-metre-tall Phoenix sculpture, built by our team as the fiery centrepiece for the bonfire finale, all made from recycled materials. A bold celebration of creativity, community, and North East spirit.
Bishop Auckland, County Durham
We created and installed bold, beautiful PRIDE letters for Bishop Auckland Pride — a vibrant statement of love, visibility, and celebration at the heart of the town. Crafted by our team, the sign became a joyful focal point and photo moment throughout the weekend.
Barnard Castle, County Durham
We designed and built a giant UFO installation for BACCANALIA’s Street Cosmos: Big Bang Family Fiesta and had the difficult task of floating it on a lake! Created in just one week by our talented workshop team using recycled wood and plastic bottles for the fuselage, this lakeside spaceship lit up the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle with intergalactic energy and out-of-this-world creativity.
Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, Scottish Highlands
We created a bold ‘LOVE’ installation made entirely from recycled materials for Belladrum Festival — over 1,000 repurposed tennis balls and frames built from wooden pallets rescued from landfill. A playful nod to the festival's theme of love, incorporating both environmental creativity and the tennis scoring system where "love" means zero. By day, it became a joyful photo spot; by night, it lit up to transform into a glowing centrepiece.
Darlington Carnival
Built entirely from recycled materials by our neurodiverse Creative Placement Team, this showstopping paddle steamer float brought Darlington Carnival to life — with bubbles, bunting, rotating wheels, and a smoke-puffing chimney in honour of 200 years of railway history. The entire carriage was created from abandoned tents we rescued from a music festival.
