Looking to make your event truly inclusive? Our Accessibility Management service takes care of everything — from pre-event planning and site audits to on-the-ground delivery. We work closely with your team to make sure disabled audiences are welcomed, supported, and able to enjoy the event from start to finish. With us on board, accessibility is built in from day one.
On-site, we manage key access provisions, including check-in, accessible campsites, viewing platforms, and more. With a team that includes people with lived experience of disability, we bring invaluable insight, ensuring access is not just a box-ticking exercise but a truly welcoming and seamless experience for all.
Contact our Event Manager, Amy to discuss accessibility requirements at your event.
Our access audits ensure your event or festival is genuinely inclusive, not just compliant. Led by people with lived experience of disability, we assess your site from the perspective of those who use access provisions. From entrances and pathways to viewing platforms, toilets, and signage, we identify barriers and provide practical recommendations to improve accessibility. Our lived experience approach means we go beyond guidelines, helping you create an event where everyone feels welcome, valued, and included.
We also deliver Inclusive Employment training, specifically aimed at supporting your team to work alongside autistic employees and employees with a learning disability. Our training offers practical tips that can easily be implemented into your workplace. Find out more about our training here.

In July 2025 we had our biggest deployment to date at BST Hyde Park in London! The team worked across hospitality in the VIP Summer Garden, and on the Accessible Viewing Platform, supporting customers with access needs.
Our work with We Out Here festival in Dorset is one of our biggest events of the Summer, providing expert support across the festival. Our team work across access roles, shuttle bus operations and guest check-in to create an incredible festival experience.
Our partnership with Tough Mudder has seen our team work at events across the UK, supporting participants as they tackle extreme obstacle courses. Our guys kept runners hydrated at water stations and managed queues at the obstacles, playing a small but vital role in keeping the energy high and the mud flowing. Just one of the many ways we help fuel epic events!
We provided staff for Event Cover Productions to work on Beyonce's gig at the Stadium of Light. The team helped to build the stage platforms and rigging the sound and lighting equipment ready for the show!
Our Events Team joined the action at Glastonbury, welcoming festivalgoers, checking tickets and wristbands, and handing out programmes. With thousands arriving each day, our team played a key role in ensuring a smooth and friendly festival experience from the moment people stepped on site.
We provided our event services to Download Festival in Donnington Park where our event staff worked in the green campsite, supporting festival-goers with recycling, keeping the campsite tidy and encouraging people to enter a recycling competition.
