Bishop Auckland's Christmas Town
Since 2021, we’ve been bringing festive magic to Bishop Auckland with Christmas Town - now one of the North East’s biggest Christmas events! In 2023, over 35,000 people joined us for a weekend of enchanting experiences as the town transformed into a winter wonderland.
Street Food Markets
Our Bishop Auckland Street Food Market brings the community together on the last Friday of every month (March-October) for a vibrant celebration of street food, live entertainment, and local talent. Held in the heart of the town, the market showcases an exciting mix of street food vendors, artisan traders, and performers, creating a lively atmosphere for all to enjoy.
HYEM Fest
Held in July 2023 in Willington, County Durham, HYEM Fest was a spectacular celebration produced in partnership with Northern Heartlands and Emergency Exit Arts. The event brought the streets to life with live music, breakdancing Roman soldiers, a giant turtle parade, and the breath-taking Phoenix bonfire display, creating an unforgettable experience for all who attended.

We Out Here Festival, Dorset
In August 2024, we deployed a team of 26 staff to We Out Here festival in Dorset, providing expert support across the festival. Our team worked across access roles, shuttle bus operations and guest check-in to create an incredible festival experience.
Tough Mudder, UK
Throughout 2024, our events staff worked at multiple Tough Mudder events across the UK, supporting participants as they tackled extreme obstacle courses. Our team kept racers hydrated at water stations, playing a small but vital role in keeping the energy high and the mud flowing. Just one of the many ways we help fuel epic events!
Beyonce, Stadium Of Light, Sunderland
We provided staff for Event Cover Productions to work on Beyonce's gig at the Stadium of Light. The team helped to build the stage platforms and rigging the sound and lighting equipment ready for the show!
Glastonbury Festival
Our Events Team joined the action at Glastonbury, welcoming festivalgoers, checking tickets and wristbands, and handing out programmes. With thousands arriving each day, our team played a key role in ensuring a smooth and friendly festival experience from the moment people stepped on site.
Download Festival, Donington Park
We provided our events services to Download Festival in Donnington Park where our event staff worked in the green campsite, supporting festival-goers with recycling, keeping the campsite tidy and encouraging people to enter a recycling competition.
