in-work support

We currently support 12 of our own staff with In-Work Support. Staff within our centre operations team, marketing and finance, our expert trainers and project assistants each receive tailored support to enable them to work successfully.

We also provide In-Work Support externally for adults with a learning disability and autistic adults working at other companies. We currently support 6 people across the Northeast who have recently started new jobs and are receiving support in their workplace. The level of support varies from person to person depending on their needs.

All of our events staff access our In-Work Support service, where we provide 1-1 support to enable them to work at events and festivals across the country.
